Return policy

• Returns accepted within 7 days of delivery.
• Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with all tags intact.
• Sale items and jewellery are not eligible for return unless defective.

How to raise a return

1. Email us at kashvee.ethnic@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return.
2. Our team will respond within 24 hours with return instructions.
3. Once we receive and inspect the item, a store credit or refund will be processed within 5–7 working days.
