Orders & Payment

What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit/debit cards, UPI, net banking, and cash on delivery (select pin codes).

Can I modify or cancel my order?
You can modify or cancel your order within 12 hours of placing it by emailing us. After that, the order may already be in processing.

Shipping

How long does delivery take?
Orders are dispatched in 2–4 working days and delivered in 4–7 working days thereafter.

Do you offer free shipping?
Yes! Free shipping on all orders above ₹1,999. A flat fee of ₹79 applies to smaller orders.

Returns & Refunds

What is your return policy?
We accept returns within 7 days of delivery on unworn items with tags intact. See our Returns & Exchanges page for full details.

How long does a refund take?
Refunds are processed within 5–7 working days of us receiving the returned item.
