Refund Policy

At Kashvee, we want you to love every piece you receive. If something isn't right, we're here to help. This Refund Policy is in accordance with the Consumer Protection Act, 2019 (India).

1. Return Window

You may request a return within 7 days of delivery. Requests raised after 7 days will not be accepted.

2. Eligible Items

To be eligible for a return, items must be:

  • Unworn and unwashed
  • In their original condition with all tags attached
  • Returned in the original packaging where possible

3. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return unless they are defective or damaged on arrival:

  • Imitation jewellery
  • Sale / discounted items marked as final sale
  • Items that have been worn, washed, or altered
  • Items without original tags

4. Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please email us at kashvee.ethnic@gmail.com within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and clear photographs of the damage. We will arrange a replacement or full refund promptly.

5. How to Raise a Return

  1. Email kashvee.ethnic@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return.
  2. Our team will respond within 1 business day with return instructions and a pickup/drop-off arrangement.
  3. Pack the item securely and send it to our address: 23-3-247/2, Jeppu Market Road, New Jeppu Market, Mangaluru, Karnataka 575001.
  4. Once we receive and inspect the item (within 2–3 business days), we will process your refund or exchange.

6. Refund Method and Timeline

  • Original payment method: Refunds to credit/debit cards or UPI are processed within 5–7 business days of us receiving the returned item. Bank processing times may add 2–5 additional days.
  • Store credit: If you prefer store credit, it will be issued within 2 business days and can be used on your next order.
  • Cash on Delivery orders: Refunds are issued as store credit or via bank transfer (NEFT/IMPS) — we will contact you for bank details.

7. Return Shipping Costs

  • If the return is due to our error (wrong item sent, defective product), we will bear the return shipping cost.
  • For all other returns, the customer is responsible for return shipping charges.

8. Exchanges

We are happy to exchange an item for a different size or colour, subject to availability. Raise an exchange request via email and our team will guide you through the process.

9. Order Cancellations

Orders may be cancelled within 12 hours of placement for a full refund. After this window, the order may already be in processing and cannot be cancelled. Please email us immediately at kashvee.ethnic@gmail.com if you need to cancel.
